There is nothing animal friendly about this place, in agreement with other reviews, staff love to push you off the phone and make you "someone else's problem". I inquired about my rat that sneezes constantly that I adopted through them and was told "rats do that" after the 14 day return policy my rats started sneezing blood and I found out she has respitory issues. OSPCA wouldn't cover the cost of her treatment and had to pay over $200 for anti biotic. Would not recommend this place to anyone, staff are consistently rude and don't seem to care about helping you.
