  and my dreams. And he instructed me on how to deal with those long ago....and not so long ago..
  .hurts, how to overcome stress, both physical - what we eat (with nutritious and delicious meals) -
  and emotional stress - how I saw and perceived stress and how to deal with it.
  I will always be thankful I was able to stay at Wheel of Life, and benefit from the counsel of Paul.
  I believe the way he taught, and how much I learned, have helped to keep me healthy now.
